                                Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM.

                               CHANGES UNDERWAY THIS YEAR

    City Taxes will be determined before the end of 2010, payable in 2011.

    This tax will be in addition to Tyler County Taxes. The I.P.O.I.A.  

     is going to retain ownership of the lakes and dams in Ivanhoe, but the

     roads will be turned over to the City of Ivanhoe before the end of 2010.

     At that time the roads will come under State law and the use of  ATV's

     and Golf Carts will be governed by those laws.

     You must notify the I.P.O.I.A. after you purchase property and before

     you start to build or move a manufactured home onto the property.
